Job Title: Part-Time Playroom Monitor
Location: Secrets Hideaway Resort & Spa
Schedule: Friday & Saturday 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM, Sunday 8:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Position Overview:
Secrets Hideaway Resort & Spa is seeking a responsible and professional Part-Time Playroom Monitor to help maintain a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment in our playroom areas. This role requires discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to interact with guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor playroom activities to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all guests.
- Enforce resort policies and rules while maintaining a discreet and non-intrusive presence.
- Respond promptly to any issues, incidents, or guest concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the playroom areas.
- Communicate effectively with management and fellow team members regarding any observations or incidents.
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Previous experience in hospitality, nightlife, or security preferred, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion at all times.
- Comfortable working overnight hours in an adult lifestyle environment.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
