Location: Private Adult Lifestyle Resort

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and professional Overnight Guest Services Access Attendant to monitor and secure the property during overnight hours at our private adult lifestyle resort. This role is essential in maintaining guest safety, privacy, and compliance with resort policies. The ideal candidate is observant, proactive, and comfortable working independently in an adult-oriented environment. This position involves both access control and active property patrols.

Duties & Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting routine patrols of the entire property, including both interior and exterior areas
• Actively roving the grounds to ensure there are no unauthorized guests on the property
• Monitoring and controlling guest access at designated entry points as needed
• Verifying guest entry bands and ensuring proper authorization for access
• Performing bag checks when necessary to enforce resort policies (no outside food or alcohol permitted)
• Observing and reporting any suspicious activity, safety concerns, or policy violations
• Communicating promptly and effectively with security regarding incidents or unauthorized individuals
• Maintaining a professional, discreet, and welcoming presence at all times
• Documenting incidents, patrols, and any irregularities during the shift

Schedule

• Overnight shift: 1:00 AM – 9:00 AM
• Days will vary based on operational needs, occupancy, and special events
• Additional overnight or extended shifts may be required

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Valid Florida Class “D” Security License required
• Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout overnight hours
• Comfortable with continuous walking and patrolling for extended periods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to enforce policies calmly and professionally
• Comfortable working in an adult lifestyle resort environment
• Prior experience in security, guest services, or access control preferred
• Hospitality experience is a plus

Work Environment

This is an active role that requires continuous movement throughout the property, including walking both indoor and outdoor areas. The position requires prolonged periods of walking, standing, and maintaining a high level of awareness during overnight hours, often with minimal supervision.
